Purchase At the time you make a purchase on flowerjjtx.com, Customer needs to know that sometimes substitution may need to be made based on season, availability of flowers or other unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances. Customer authorizes substitutions within a specific color palette. Necessary substitutions will be at the designer’s discretion Cancellation/Refunds Orders can be cancelled 24hrs before the delivery time, you are welcome to call us to check whether the processing of an order has commenced, and if it has not we may be able to accommodate your request to cancel and will do our best to meet your needs. Any changes to or cancellation of an order can only be made with flowersjjtx prior written approval and additional charges may apply. No refunds. Store credit only. Delivery If you choose a specific delivery date when placing your order, We will guarantee that your delivery will arrive on the exact day you choose.
