Purchase At the time you make a purchase on flowerjjtx.com, Customer needs to know that sometimes substitution may need to be made based on season, availability of flowers or other unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances. Customer authorizes substitutions within a specific color palette. Necessary substitutions will be at the designer’s discretion Cancellation/Refunds Orders can be cancelled 24hrs before the delivery time, you are welcome to call us to check whether the processing of an order has commenced, and if it has not we may be able to accommodate your request to cancel and will do our best to meet your needs. Any changes to or cancellation of an order can only be made with flowersjjtx prior written approval and additional charges may apply. No refunds. Store credit only. Delivery If you choose a specific delivery date when placing your order, We will guarantee that your delivery will arrive on the exact day you choose. We can’t garantee the exact date because so many reasons like trafficc. But we can do our best if you chosee and exacly hour. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods once an order leaves our possession. unfortunately, Flowersjjtx does not accept returns for any of our products, because we are providing a service consistivity to temperature, moisture, and light. please keep in mind that flowers are perishable and have a life of their own.you can contact us if you have any any questions, comments, and concerns, and a design specialist will do everythimg possible to help.

Shipping information

All orders within in woodland and spring, ship via our own hand delivery service. We offer same day delivery on orders placed before 11am CT. If you have any specific instructions for the delivery, be sure to include them into the ” Delivery Instructions” field during check out. Some orders may require additional processing time in the case of order or identity verification. We deliver every day Monday to Sunday, including major holidays.
